By developing an intentional strategy through this 8-week journey in a cohort community with a personal coach and a significant ministry project, you’ll grow in self-awareness and cultivate personal and communal habits that deepen your faith so you can help others deepen theirs.

Growing into an effective youth ministry leader is critical for the health of the youth leader and the youth ministry. This deep dive will train youth leaders in successful strategies for ministry planning, leadership development, the business side of ministry, and much more.
Ministry Architects
No matter how hard you try, you cannot form teenagers’ faith alone. Through TENx10 and a cohort community, personal coach, and a significant ministry project, you’ll learn how to recruit and train adult volunteers to accompany teenagers and model Jesus-centered identity, belonging, and purpose.
YDisciple
In order to effectively disciple young people, we need to empower adults in our communities to become “co-youth ministers” by building a culture of small group discipleship. This Deep Dive is a 5-week asynchronous course that focuses primarily on the Discipleship Emphasis of Training Mentors and includes a 1-hour, one-on-one coaching session from one of our YDisciple Coaches.

By developing an intentional strategy through this 8 week journey in a cohort community with a personal coach and a significant ministry project, your discipleship efforts will continue throughout the week as families of all shapes and sizes intentionally grow closer to God and each other.

Based on extensive research from FYI’s book 3 Big Questions That Change Every Teenager, this self-paced online training course equips you with the tips, skills, and practices you and your team need to empathetically help students find Jesus-centered answers to their questions of identity, belonging, and purpose.

Identity
Theology Together
Created by the Center for Youth Ministry Training’s Theology Together Initiative, "Who Am I" uniquely brings young people and youth leaders together to explore who we all are in Christ and how a strengthened identity in Christ leads to faith-filled living. By creating an environment in which youth are engaged in theological discussion and reflective action with their leaders, not only is the theology of young people expanded, but you as a youth leader are simultaneously trained in the art of engaging young people in theological dialogue.
Purpose

This Deep Dive explores one of the big questions today's teenagers face: the question of purpose. We'll explore purpose through the lenses of Mission (purpose as vocation or calling), Church (Kingdom-focused purpose), and Justice (others-focused purpose), using videos from Darkroom Faith as a catalyst for learning.
Touch The World
Whether you are preparing for a short-term mission trip, a local service opportunity, or just want to be equipped to engage with those in need, this Deep Dive is the perfect starting point. Through this 6-week course, you will explore motivations for service, how knowing God’s Story and your own Story is essential for mission, and the complexities of culture and poverty for redemptive, justice-oriented action.
